1. Visit your preferred development and choose your new Etopia home.  Tell us about the property you wish to sell.
    

2. ​We will arrange up to three independent valuations of your existing property. 
    

3. We will liaise with you to agree the best price to market your existing property and, once agreed, we will arrange for photography and marketing to commence.
    

4. We will manage the sale of your existing property and keep you fully informed every step of the way.
    

5. Once your existing home is sold and you have exchanged on your new Etopia home, we will pay your estate agents' fees.
